Rich Rozycki

Rich was born and raised in New Jersey. (He will most likely die there too.) He was recently pushed off a professional ledge and needed to make a shift. His company “Rozycki Media” specializes in media consultancy, podcasting and multimedia producing.

Rich spent 25 years in the broadcast media industry; spending more than a decade at ABC News.

No one cares what Rich does in his free time… although you can bet that he will share a lot on the “Sip and Spill Podcast”.

Catherine Pack

Catherine González Pack brings more than 25 years of broadcast and live-event operations experience, blending technical know-how with a relentless focus on the customer experience. Her work has helped deliver award-winning sports coverage and shaped how fans connect with the games they love.

Catherine’s path started in the U.S. Army as a radio and television news journalist, a foundation that shaped her love for storytelling and service. She continues that commitment today through board roles with organizations supporting veterans and community leadership.

Proud of her Uruguayan heritage and a native Spanish speaker, Catherine is a devoted fútbol and football fan who believes that great stories—and great teams—can come from anywhere.

Jeanine Rivas

With a lifelong love for sports, Jeanine has built a 20-year career at the intersection of athletics and television technology, helping shape how fans experience the games they love.

Off the clock, she pours her passion into her community as the head of a Little League softball program, fostering confidence and teamwork in young athletes.

A devoted mother of two, she embraces the beautiful chaos of parenthood with humor, grit, and the perpetual energy of an exhausted mom who still finds a way to get it all done.
